Course Description

This course is designed to prepare participants to demonstrate an awareness of communication stereotypes and prejudices. It focuses on political correctness and demographic identification. In addition, this course can help prepare participants to recognize the influence of primary and secondary components of diversity on assumptions toward fellow employees or customers.
