Course Description

In this course, participants examine the dimensions of team communications and review various methods for improving and maintaining team relationships. Participants also identify characteristics of the ideal team that would be unique to the organizational culture. This course is designed to enable participants to utilize appropriate measurement methods to determine team productivity.
