Course Description

This course focuses on the environmental factors that affect organizations. Participants can learn to better understand the role of human resources and benchmark other human resources programs in order to learn best practices for human resources management. Participants also can learn techniques for using progressive discipline to effectively coach, counsel and communicate expectations to employees in order to improve employee performance and avoid costly lawsuits.
