PMCEU 1030 Managing Project Risk

Course Description

In this course, participants are introduced to systematic processes for identifying, analyzing and responding to project risk. Through risk management, participants can learn how to maximize the probability and consequences of positive events and minimize the probability and consequences of adverse events. Participants use quantitative and qualitative methods to assess risk in a business scenario and make recommendations for risk planning, contingency plans, risk monitoring and control activities.
