Jennifer M. Potter works as a teacher and coordinator for an at-risk freshmen/sophomore program (P.A.L.S.) at Kingman High School in Kingman, Arizona. The P.A.L.S. Program received the 2005 Golden Bell Award from the Arizona School Board Association and recently, received an A.I.M.S./Dropout Prevention grant from t he Arizona Department of Education. Jen states, “I’m happy that I can help keep great educators in the classroom by assisting them with their professional goals and certification requirements.”
