Loan Certification
When all necessary documentation has been submitted, it will be reviewed for accuracy and your loan can be certified.
When your loan is certified, you will receive an award letter outlining the following information:
- Loan amounts
- Starting and ending dates of your academic year
- Estimated disbursement dates (two per academic year)
Sometimes additional information may be required before your application can be certified, so your file will be pended.
If your file is pended:
- You will be notified by phone, mail, and e-mail
- The notification letter and e-mail will inform you of the time period allotted to submit the requested information
