Faculty at University of Phoenix are carefully selected practitioners.

Each faculty member holds a Master's or Doctoral degree and is currently employed in the field he/she teaches, with an average of 15 years practical experience.

To ensure that the University's rigorous Academic Quality Assurance standards are maintained, new faculty are trained and mentored by Master Faculty.
