Student End-Of-Course-Surveys

At the end of each course you will be provided with an online Student End-of-Course Survey. This short survey is one of your vehicles for relaying information and opinions to UPX staff and administration.

You will be prompted through MyCampus to complete the End-Of-Course Survey toward the end of each course. You have the option of completing the survey or asking to be prompted again later. If you do not complete the survey within two weeks after the end of the course, it will be removed.

A summary of each group's comments are provided to the campus, but individual responses are not identified.

Please note that, if you wish to be contacted by a member of the University's staff, you must put your name and phone number on the survey. Otherwise, all information collected remains anonymous.
